The High Pointe Center Project is a 5 story, 62,000 square foot office building with a construction budget of approximately $7.5 million. We are the architect of record and the design architect for this project. Our firm provided the master plan for the site as well as the buildings occupying the site. We have been successful in meeting all the program and budget requirements for this project. Construction is scheduled to begin on this project in the Fall of 2008.
The Nola Ruth PD-M Project was the first successful Planned Development Mixed Use project approved by the City of Harker Heights, Texas. Our firm worked directly with the Planning Department and the Planning and Zoning Commissioners to win support for this project. We also hosted several workshops with the citizens of Harker Heights in an effort to win public support and provide the public with information regarding the positive impact our project would have on the community. Our firm provided the land planning and the conceptual building planning for this entire project. |
